Problem
When trying to start up Exor, a certificate error appears:
Solution
When this originally happened, it was because of a problem with the signing authority. That was resolved after a few minutes so no action needed to be taken. If it goes on for longer though, a workaround is:
- Open the "Configure Java" application on your computer. On some it may be called "Java Control Panel"
- Click the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to "Check for signed code certificate revocation using" and click the first option, "Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs)"
- Click Apply
- Close all browser windows and in a new browser window try logging on again
