Since moving to 220.127.116.11 the Payment Run form is taking a long time to run (longer than 15 minutes) even when only a small number of orders is affected.The screen just hangs... no error message and no payment run report is being produced.If we check the data (after say 15 minutes) all appropriate works order lines are updated with PAID, but the session running the Payment Run is still frozen with no Payment Run reports being produced.This process took a couple of minutes under 18.104.22.168
The solution to this issue was to recalculate statistics - this hadn't been done on migration. Log into SQL*Plus as the Highways owner user (usually Highways or Atlas) and run this command, replacing USER with the Highways owner username in single quotes and in capital letters.
SQL> exec dbms_stats.gather_schema_stats('USER');
