Apply a percentage Uplift to a percentage uplift on a boq_item. Attempting to alter ALLOW PERCENT ITEMS flag on standard items form is not permited.
Reason for error is that cannot allow percent items checkbox on a standard item already defined as PERCENT (matching product option value for PERC_ITEM ). In order to get cumative costs on uplifts ie a % on a % , reset product option CUM_PERC to value CUMULATIVE from NORMAL.
CUMULATIVE results in percentage item being the sum of the percentage of the standard item and other percentage items related to the standard item. NORMAL calculates a percentage on the standard item only. Discussed impact on interfaces, but they are going to return actuals on different items so not a problem. There are additional changes in 4500 for WOL costs uplifts - not applicable here.
