Problem
Want to stop users from selecting a budget on a works order. The budgets are set yearly and I don’t think they can be end dated.
Solution
Created a new DUMMY GROUP with no memberships.
Using sql, assigned existing budgets no longer wish to use to the new DUMMY GROUP.
Any section selected on a future works order post doing above ,will then not find the budgets , as the dummy group has no section memberships so nothing to match against.
Please contact Bentley TSG for sql to achieve.
