A utility has advised a Local Authority that they are not receiving inspections. The Local Authority have checked the inspections sent/received form which shows the batch has been created.
Go into the Inspection sent received form and query back a works reference for the Utility in question. A batch filename has been associated with the works reference.
Firstly check the Auto FTP send Daily Log files for the date the batch was sent. The date is included in the batchfile name. Go to this date in the sent FTP logs. CTRL+F to search and enter the full batchfile name. If it doesn’t show, check the next date in case it was sent a day later. If it does show check it shows Successful (green) and send this to the utility to let them know if has been sent.If it has not sent and it is red check the error message. Make sure you have the FTP details in the Domain.txt and if you have check the FTP details with the recipient and also make sure they don’t restrict access.
