Exporting Asset data from grid in Locator ( Bridge Over ) do not get the option of either saving or opening the file and cannot locate the file once exported. Seems to fire up a window that appears briefly then disappears.
Check Internet Explorer SettingsFrom File menu select Tools, Internet Options, select Security Tab,Select Custom Level.Scroll down until you see Downloads and check1. Automatic prompting for Downloads radio button is Enable2. File Download radio button is Enable3. Font Download radio button is Enable
If 1. or 2. above Disabled change to Enable and Save - can resolve the issue. Then Retry without leaving the application. May need to get your IT section to change these settings if not allowed to do.
