There are restrictions showing as error in TMA3000 and as a result I am not ale to send updates as they are held at pending send.Replication Steps: In Monitor Web service transactions query back the restriction reference ensuring you have un-ticked the ‘restrict’ and ticked the ‘include successful transactions’ check box. Execute query and you can see all the restrictions associated with that works reference and can identify which one errored.
Once you have queried back all the transactions associated with that works reference, identify the first transaction that has errors. Then click on the recipient tab at the bottom of the page. This will identify what recipient it has failed to send to. Scroll through the list until you find an Organisation / District that is missing a ‘response date/time’ - It will also give error details on why it has failed. Check the URLs and error message to resolve the issue and then retry the transaction. You may need to speak with the recipient to see if there are any problems.Note; If you have spoken to the recipient and they don’t need to receive these notices then they can be removed from the ‘valid notice recipients form’ and going forwards will not be included in the list of recipients. (it will not resolve the issue with the current transaction)
