Problem

When submitting files to Geoplace it failes validation - 'Process_date must be in the correct format and contain a date from the month of submission.  This cannot be earlier than the ENTRY_DATE'

Solution

Check to make sure you have loaded this month's files  It needs to be exported each month otherwise the date will be in the past and it will fail validation like it has just done.  Go to Street Gazetteer Manager > Export  > NSG export > create export file set.  View and save. This is the most current file so load it to Geoplace.
