Problem

 How to add/remove recipients - Use the Valid notice recipients form.

Solution

 There is a certain recipient which does not want to receive Section 58’s so you would like to prevent them sending to a particular recipient.
Go into Exor > TMA > Reference Data > Activities > Valid Notice Recipients.
Query back the organisation number you are looking to remove.  Then click Red +, the ‘Delete Record’ Button and save.
Alternatively to add an Organisation, Click the Green Plus ‘Add Record’ button then in the new row add the Organisation and District you wish to add.  Note: you only need to add different URLs, so if their districts have the same URL’s just add 1 of them.
