When an inspection file is attempted to be sent an error is given to say that no details were in domain.txt.For example:09:00 SEVERE:Attempt to send [A000100120110302155153.txt] to 9999001 but no FTP details indomain.txt09:00 SEVERE:[9999001_A000100120110302155153.txt] abandoned. File moved to [hold_us]
This error usually means that there are no FTP details stored for the recipient in the domain.txt (or domain.cfg) file. This error could also mean that the FTP details stored in the domain file for the recipient are not in the correct format.
To resolve this check that you have loaded the latest OD Data file for the intended recipient, then open the NSG0110 Organisations & Districts form and query back the recipient. Select the district which the file is supposed to be sent to and note down the FTP details shown on the right hand side.
Then open the domain.txt (or domain.cfg) file within the AutoFTP directory and see if the organisation/district is listed. If so check the details are up-to-date and also check that any null values still have a comma after them. If no details are found at all then please enter a new line using the default convention as follows:
1 - The Organisation DETR Ref (with leading zeroes) concatenated with the District DETR Ref (with leading zeroes); must be 7 digits.2 - To use PASSIVE FPT set to passive, anything else (blank or value) is ACTIVE3 - IP Address of Organisation's FTP Server4 - Fully Qualified Domain Name of Organisation's FTP Server5 - Username for logging on to Organisation's FTP Server (usually anonymous)6 - Password for logging on to Organisation's FTP Server (usually an email address)7 - Folder to deposit batch files on Organisation's FTP Server
For example:Organisation ref = 9999District ref = 001FTP Server Name = ftp.workspromoter.co.ukFTP Server IP =111.222.333.444FTP Directory =/insert_files_here
The line needed in domain.txt would be:9999001,,ftp.workspromoter.co.uk, 111.222.333.444,anonymous,email@example.com, /insert_files_here
