Problem
This is particular to one inspector, each time she adds a defect (in Locator), it creates 2 identical copies of the defect.
Replication Steps: creating from locator using XY. Did in test and live systems, only one user affected.
Solution
Issue resolved. Seemed to be corrected changing users windows profile and new java install. They rebuilt users profile as stored on a U drive when logging on. They also noticed when entering the application for problematic user, wasn't going to same layer as other users when starting application. Still not sure how this was able to create duplicate defects however sole user with this problem ok now
