Problem

Problem processing a WC file. ORA-00001: unique constraint (HIGHWAYS.IC-PK violated). Unique Index on interface_completions_all  based on fields (IC_IH_ID, IC_WOL_ID)
Replication Steps:
Process a WC completions file that has duplicate work order line ids.

Solution

Unique Index on interface_completions_all  based on fields (IC_IH_ID, IC_WOL_ID). Did not process file. Got contractor to resend data with correct information
