Problem

 Upload directory shows as 'UNKNOWN' when upload form opens.

Solution

The code checks the user's details for a user option called SDEUPLOAD.  If that is defined as a user option for the current user, it compares the setting of the user option to all Oracle directories beginning with MCP and returns the one where the paths match.  However if there is no user option defined, it checks the product option against the Oracle directories instead.  Please note that because Oracle is case-sensitive the two paths will need to match exactly, including trailing slash characters and upper / lower case letters.
