User is trying to login to the forms application however receives the following error:FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.Please look into the web-server log file for details.
This error could be caused by many things and the first thing to check is if one or all users are experiencing the problem.
If all users are affected then you should check the application server is online and running ok. Also check for any firewall or proxy server changes which may be interrupting connections.
If only one or a select few users are experiencing the error then:1 – Check the user is using the correct URL for opening the forms application, particularly which forms config is referenced in the URL.2 – Check to see if the user has any other programs open which use Java, such as SAP. If they do please close them along with any open internet browser pages, then try opening the Atlas application again.3 – Check the user doesn’t have a firewall installed in their client machine which is interrupting the connection.
