    Popup windows do not display

    Problem

     Issue Summary: When user clicks on a button in a form which (is supposed to) bring a new browser popup window (IE - Internet Explorer) nothing happens.

    Solution

     Check your borwser's security settings. It may not allow popup windows.

    In IE naviagate to Tools->Internet Options ->Advanced ) Make sure that the the 'Allow Active Content' option is switched on.

    Another thing to try is to hold down the CTRL key when clicking on the button as this will turn off popup blocking.
