Problem

HIG-0067 record not found error when entering form, quoting one or all of ENQTITL, USEACTION and USEDAMAGE user options
Replication Steps: If a user exists with one of the above user options, the error will occur on entry into the form

Solution

The error is because of obsolete user options still being assigned to some users.  There is a script to remove them, fix_obsolete_options.sql here: http://communities.bentley.com/products/assetwise/exor/m/mediagallery/263843/download.aspx
