Inspection upload failure (from MCP to Exor MAI)

 Product(s):Exor Maintenance Manager
 Version(s):04.05.00.00
 Environment:N/A
 Area:Loaders - Inspection
 Subarea:N/A

Problem

On uploading inspection file into EXOR an error occurs: “The error is Sequence 60, Error No. 9524 Error Details D, K, L, M or N record must follow a J record:” it happens when “Create quick feature” is used for defects creation in MapCapture (MCP). Using “Create Simple feature” for defects inspection (in MCP) everything is fine.

Solution

Make sure that all mandatory records for defects are created in an inspection file (this file was exported from MCP in RMM_detailed_inspection mode). In this case, when “create quick feature” is used to create defects in MCP, only “I” and “J” records are created for every defect. It is not enough.

We recommend you, to create a new project in MCP then to set some MCP settings and only then import PED and shape file(s) for data creation into MCP.

Before, PED and shape files were imported into your new project set these options in MCP:

-       Options (on main menu toolbar)/Settings/System/Application/General set “Use BoQ and WoL “ to False and “Pre-Load BoQ Items” to True.

-       Options (on main menu toolbar)/Settings/Export/Options set  Export Permanent (Immediate/Tepmorary) Actions to True.
