How do you check if a notice was successfully sent and received?

Answer

You can check the transmission status of a notice via the TMA3000 Monitor Web Service Transactions form.

Query the form to find the notice you want to check. Select the recipients tab and see if a response date/time is shown next to the recipient.

If a date and time is shown then that recipient has received the notice successfully. The response date and time is given to you by the recipients server in order to confirm successful receipt, as per EToN regulations.

If no date and time is shown then you should see a fault reason which describes why the transmission failed.

If a fault reason is shown, make note of it and then retry the transaction to see if the notice is then sent successfully.
