After a full server restart, users cannot access Exor application, getting an internet browser 'page cannot be displayed' message. Enterprise manager console on application server suggests all is up and running OK, and the database can be accessed via SQL and Discoverer so it looks like the database is up and running OK.
Even though the HTTP server said it was started, it needed a manual restart through the application server control. Once that was restarted everything returned to normal.Other issues have been that the reports server would not start, usually because the temp directory it references does not exist.
