When sending notices, the users get the following warning on form TMA1001:Warning - Unknown Spatial Relationship - does not exist in the Metadata table.
This warning is shown when the application is unable validate coordinates delcated on the works in relation to the street.
One cause could be that the coordinates declared do not represent a valid polyline or polygon.
If you believe the coordinates are correct, then the problem could be related to an Oracle bug. If so, the problem is normally resolved by defining a more accurate spatial tolerence for the validation to use.
To do this:
1. Log in as an administrator and open the Product Options form HIG9130
2. Query back option TMABUFFTOL
3. Update the option value to 0.005 and save
