When a batch of NSG files has been submitted for loading on the NSG0040 form, nothing happens.
When you have submitted a batch of NSG files for loading then open the Monitor NSG Loader form NSG0045 to check on any progress in real time. If nothing seems to be happening and the form shows that all records in the file remain as Unprocessed, then please click the Options button followed by the Recreate Job button on the options window.Then close the options window and you should see some loading progress being shown on the NSG0045 form.Problem Reference: 61603
