When opening locator from the TMA1000 Works form the following error is shown:ORA-20001: No Themes are available for 3963441 (NOTE: this number will be different)ORA-06512: at "HIGHWAYS"."HIGGIS", line 1679
First find out if this error occurs for a particular record or all records.
If the error is only happening for one particular record, lookup the USRN used on the works record in the NSG0010 NSG Gazetteer form and see if any data is shown on the ESU’s tab. If no ESU’s exist then this is why the error is shown as Locator cannot spatially locate the street.
If the error is happening for several or all records then the problem could be that your spatial indexes need to be rebuilt, like you would normally do after a gazetteer load. The easiest way to do this is to log in as the Highways table owner, open the NSG0040 NSG Loader Batches form, click the toolbox icon and then click the Spatial Indexes button on the Tools form – this will tell you if they need to be rebuilt and if so will give you the option to do it.
If the error still occurs then another thing you should check is the theme settings against the TYPE 1 AND 2 STREETS layer. Open the Exor>GIS Data> GIS Themes form and query the TYPE 1 AND 2 STREETS theme, which maybe named slightly differently depending on your setup. Once you find the theme check that the TMA1000 and NM0572 forms are listed on the Functions tab – if not then add them.
If the error persists after trying and checking all of the above then please raise a new Service Request.
