User has created a notice and issued it using the TMA1001 Noticing Assistant form, however no transaction can be found in the TMA3000 Monitor Web Service Transactions form to say whether or not it has been sent.
This usually means that a review rule has held the notice for review before the application will attempt to send it. Open the TMA1030 review Notices form and query the works reference – any notices held for review will have a tick in the ‘Reasons?’ field and the particular review rules which apply to that notice will b e shown at the bottom on the ‘Review Reasons’ tab. If the notice is suitable to be sent then enter any review details you require such as set the ‘Review Status’ and then click the ‘Send Notice’ button.Problem: 60935
