No incoming transactions are being received and outgoing transactions are stuck at Ready To Send status in TMA3000 Monitor Web Service Transactions.
This problem would normally indicate that the web server has stopped working, or a firewall is blocking the connection between the web server and the database server etc.
The first thing to try would be to restart the web server.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue then please check if any firewall changes have been made.
If the problem persists then please check that the TMAWS user hasn’t been end dated. You can check this in the HIG1832 Users form – the End Date field should be null and the Status should be set to OPEN. If the user has an End Date showing or the account status is anything other than Open then please click the Reactivate User button.
If none of the above resolve the issue then please raise a new Service Request giving details of the symptoms and what you have tried to do to resolve the issue so far.
