A transaction has been successfully sent to the Primary Recipient, but has failed/not sent to the copy recipient. User would expect this transaction to be at Copy Recipient Fail status, however it is at the Error status and preventing further notices being issued unless forced through.
The transaction will be set to the Error status if no response is received from the web server within 30 minutes (by default – see product option BPELTMOUT) to say what the error is. When this happens you normally see a “BPEL” “Timed Out” message on the Transaction Errors tab in TMA3000. This can happen when there is a problem with the web server and you should investigate what happened to the transaction in more detail by looking at the BPEL instance in the web logic console. For example did an Oracle error occur during the send process which caused the BPEL instance to stop part way through?
The transaction will be set to Copy Recipient Fail status when the web server updates the transaction with an error received from the recipient.
