User found that received transactions were not being loaded as they remained at a status of ‘Web Service Complete’.The received transactions are loaded via an exor process called TMA Receive Transactions. All exor processes are managed via the Process Monitor form HIG2520, which will show you the status of the process.The user found that the process failed and then the following executions had a status of ‘To Be Determined’. These subsequent executions were several hours old and not within the last 10 minutes as expected.This scenario usually means that a problem occurred with the database (during a restart etc.) and caused the process to hang at the running state within Oracle DBMS Scheduler.
The solution is to stop the Oracle DBMS scheduler job which is running as part of the exor TMA Receive Transactions process, then submit the exor process again. To do this login to SQLPlus as the Highways Table Owner and run the following statement to get the Oracle job name:select hp_job_name from hig_processes where hp_process_type_id = (select hpt_process_id from hig_process_types where hpt_name = 'TMA Receive Transactions');
Next edit the following statement and replace JOB_NAME with the job name:2 - Kill job:exec DBMS_SCHEDULER.stop_JOB (job_name => 'JOB_NAME',force=>true);
