When trying to issue a notice in TMA1000 against a particular street, when going to send notice there is an error saying list of values contains no entries. Also on the works form the Provisional/NRSWA/Permit tab is not checked.
If the provisional/NRSWA/Permit check boxes are empty then there is normally a problem with the ASD record. Either In the work form Link to the Gazetteer or load the Gazetteer separately.(query back the street if you have not linked from the works form.)Check the TYPE 61 record. Are there ASD records? If not then enter one which contains the relevant details. If your a utility you will need to speak to the authority and agree which district should receive notices for that street. If the ASD details are present check the 'Interest Type' - If there is more than one recipient make sure one of them has declared an interest type of 1. If not, if you are the street authority you can update this and if you are the Utility you will need to speak to the Authority. In some cases there are 2 interest types of 8 which means to LAs are both the copy recipient and not Primary recipient. There must always be a primary recipient either a street authority or permit authority to be able to send a notice.Another cause could be that the district referenced on the ASD record references a district function other than a street or permit authority. Works notices (I.E. 0200, 0210) can only be sent to street or permit authorities. Check the NSG0110 Organisations and Districts form and see what function is set for the district referenced on the ASD. If it doesn't reflect a street or permit authority then it will need to be discussed with the authority and updated.
