Problem
Incomming inspections fail to load and nothing is shown in the load history for the file, however the file is moved to the pass directory. The loader log can sometimes reference an error to say it was unable to move a file, but was able to move others ok.
Solution
This problem has occurred at several sites when they have cloned the live database into test but havn't disabled the DBMS jobs which automatically upload inspections. This means that some files are loaded into test instead of live.
