When creating a new works and then send the initial notice, a proximity validation warning was shown to say that the coordinates were more than 250 meters from the street, however the Not Schedulable flag was not automatically ticked on the phase record.
The Not Schedulable flag will only be ticked if received notices fail the proximity validation. This means that Works/Notices which are entered and issued from the same system will not have the Not Schedulable flag ticked if they fail the proximity validation.
