Users are receiving error "Page Not Found" while trying to access TMA ApEx Reports.
This error can be caused by many things and the first thing to try is to restart the application server.
If the error is still seen when running any of the reports then try flushing the database shared pool by running the following statement in SQLPlus:Alter system flush shared_pool;
If the problem still exists, or only exists for a particular report such as the Phase Due to Complete report, then please try resetting the Oracle statistics data by running the following statement in SQLPlus as the highways owner:begindbms_stats.gather_schema_stats(USER);end;
Try the reports again and if the error is still shown then check that the database server is being restarted overnight, if not then try that next.
