A user has sent a notice which has a status of OK in the TMA3000 Monitor Web Service Transactions form, however the intended recipient says they haven’t received it.
A transaction should only be at the OK status if all recipients have received the transaction and have given you a response date and time to say when they received it. To check this has been given query the problem transactions in the TMA3000 Monitor Web Service Transactions form, select the problem transaction and then select the recipients tab. Against each of the recipients you should see a response Date & Time shown, which is a date & time stamp given back to you by the recipients web server as a way of telling you they have successfully received the transaction. The response date and time stamp is a notice sender’s evidence of when a recipient’s server actually received a transaction.
