When trying to send a notice to the TMA Manager API Web Service, the following error is returned:<env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"> <env:Header/> <env:Body> <env:Fault> <faultcode>env:Server</faultcode> <faultstring>[Server CodecHandler] Failed to encode fault -> While trying to lookup 'jdbc.Highways_TMAExternalNoticeAPIWS_DS' didn't find subcontext 'jdbc'. Resolved ''</faultstring> <detail> <java:string xmlns:java="java.io">javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: While trying to lookup 'jdbc.Highways_TMAExternalNoticeAPIWS_DS' didn't find subcontext 'jdbc'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'jdbc/Highways_TMAExternalNoticeAPIWS_DS'</java:string> </detail> </env:Fault> </env:Body></env:Envelope>
This problem is resolved by restarting the ‘TMA External Notice API Web Service’ Oracle server component within the Weblogic console on the application server. This Oracle server is often called TMAExternalNoticeAPIWS.
