Problem

 Selection Criteria lists are built up of available values
for each field and the list is headed by e.g. ::: All Contractors :::

If the first character of one of the values contains a character before ': ' in the ascii table e.g Space or - then the ::: All Contractors ::: is not displayed
but is available to be selected from the dropdown list.

Solution

Steps to Resolve

Option 1 Select ::: ALL Contractors ::: or appropriate value
 1. Re-run Report selecting the ::: ALL Contractor ::: option

Option 2 Edit offending record
 1.Locate the offending record. (you may need to send a Data Alteration Notice)

(If the '::: ALL Contractors :::' is preceded with a space character, this will help to stop this happening again)

2.Re-run Report
