User has changed the database server which holds the main exor database. This has stopped notices being sent or received.
When you change the database server name or IP address then the web service needs to be redeployed. This has to be done as Oracle embeds the database server name/IP address within many of its components.
The cleanest way to do this and avoid many potential problems is:1 – Stop Oracle via OPMN2 – Remove Oracle completely using the Uninstall feature on the main Windows programs menu3 – Delete the Oracle directory structure4 – Restart the server5 – Check all Oracle directories have been removed6 – Re-install Oracle as per the install guides7 – Re-install the exor web service as per the install guides
