Since restarting the server no domains are available in the BPEL console and no transactions are being sent or received.
This problem usually occurs when the web service is unable to connect to the database server during startup.
If everything was working ok before the restart then please try restarting the web server again, particularly if the database server was restarted at the same time. It is possible that the database was no on-line when the web server was starting as it can take some time.
Another cause of this problem can be if a firewall is blocking the connection or the TMAWS listener on the database server isn’t running.
