Problem
How to change the user password on a MAS System
Solution
What you can do is log on as normal and then press Ctrl + Alt + End (and not Del) and then you have an option to change it. This does mean that we have to ask you any time we need to log on as their account, but its good policy and it means we don't know your passwords until we need to.
