Problem Description

User gets error message HIG-0179: File upload failed: Destination Directory does not exist or is not writable when trying to select a file from directory in local machine for loading into Exor. Error can appear in any form that has a field where user needs to indicate a File Path of a local file (Inventory Loaders, UKPMS HMDIF Preprocessor etc.).

Reason

Error message means that User options REPOUTPATH and REPCLIPATH might be set incorrectly. REPOUTPATH and REPCLIPATH must refer to the directory on application server (so must match each other) and must match the PROD_REPORTS location defined for the Exor listeners.

Steps to Resolve

Correct the values for REPOUTPATH and REPCLIPATH in Users form for the required user, save and re-launch Exor application for the changes to come into effect.
