Coding for Rating Factor (NJDOT)

To all that can help:

I am involved in a bridge inspection contract with NJDOT and am having trouble with the new rating factor feature in Form 2 - Load Ratings.  Basically, when I fill out the rating factors for the structures they save in the system but fail to print.  In fact, when creating the .pdf file there is no noticeable change between the new and the old.  Is there a way to update this?
