How long does it take to get access to run queries after permissions have been set in the software? I either get no results or the error message - An unexpected error has occurred. Contact the system administrator to resolve the problem. Details: Permission Denied.

The security in InspectTech runs through a service which works through a queue. The amount of time it takes to process can vary depending on the number of users, assets, roles, etc. selected to update.If you feel it's taking an excessive amount of time to see these changes please have your site administrator contact our support group.
