I am a bridge safety inspector, from West Virginia, and I am not certain which states share our version of InspecTech. We evidently had some type of update within the last week and are now having trouble with our picture descriptions, as they appear to be conflicting with HTML codes, or something similar in . Inadvertent words (such as amp. quot etc.) are triggered by the use of some symbols such as the & symbol or the feet and inch marks (' "). We found that we could sometimes remove the inadvertent words utilizing the file list, but then they sometimes return. Symbols such as these, and certain abbreviations, are needed in order to place as much information as possible in the photo descriptions. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
