Problem Examples

User(s) cannot access a specific asset/group of assets

Solution

Following analysis by a support specialist/consultant/project manager/QA analyst, security was re-run on a user(group) & the issue was resolved.
For connection issues, the suggestion was made to check local server/firewall settings.
On a user-hosted site, a suggestion was implemented on production by the external IT department after QA & verification
Administrator created a case for MAS to backup production forms/data/assets to the UAT site 
Bentley admin referred to local (state/government/rail) administrator
