I have completed your user accreditation programme and would like to know are you creating any more, to be inline with some of the other Bentley Software such as ProjectWise?
I know you have admin training to become an administrator but there is no accreditation that goes with it. Also, this might not impact everyone, but we give different levels of access depending on the users training - these are the levels we give.
User - Normal access
Owner - Manage the Space/Folders/Collections
Schema - Manage the back end
Admin - Manage the server

There is a plan to do more accreditation courses we just need to get them scheduled in.
When the new courses are completed they will be published in this space.
