Important Change to Your Support Phone Number December 5th

Dear BCDE Users, 

 As you may recall, GroupBC was acquired by Bentley Systems in March of 2020. Since then, many of you have continued to contact us via your legacy support phone number. However, to enhance your support experience with Bentley and ensure you get more efficient, timely assistance with your phone requests, we are migrating your legacy support phone number to Bentley’s new support phone numbers on December 5^th, 2022.

The new Bentley support phone numbers will allow users to have more options to call for support in their region.

 What’s Changing? 

• To contact Bentley’s BCDE Support, see the available numbers on the Wiki Phone Contact
• Make sure to state that you want "Business Collaborator", “BC” or “BCDE” product support. All requests are handled by the product team (login, licensing, product technical etc.)
