Create Flat Set and Add Document to Flat Set Functions

Using flat sets for projects/change request records and associate related documents at several customer sites. These customers are typically Asset owner/operators.

The data source is typically arranged with a folder structure that aligns with the plant breakdown and another area/folder for projects (i.e. changes to the plant) . For projects a work area is created and a flat set used as a container to hold links to the existing documents related to the project.

Flat Sets are also used as the container for change requests, holding the request information, links to the related documents and manage the workflow for the change.

The projects and change requests also have Microsoft teams projects and SharePoint lists associated.

Setting up a project or change request typically requires setup in each of these systems. It would be good if Microsoft flow could be used to automate this with the triggering event being from Microsoft Teams or SharePoint but the ability to create a flat set and add documents to it are not currently available.

Add document to set by path or GUID - AddDocumentReference
