What's New in LEAP Bridge Concrete CONNECT Edition V18 Maintenance 2? (January 28, 2019)

We recently identified important issues in the Substructure module of the current market version (18.02.01.06) of LEAP Bridge Concrete CONNECT Edition. The details of the issues are listed below. We have fixed those issues in the maintenance 2 (18.02.02.03).

  • Incorrect results were reported in the envelopes of the Limit Sates under the Analysis tab only when the option “Use concurrent shear and torsion” was selected in the A/D Parameters dialog.
  • The required steel reinforcement of the flexure design was incorrectly calculated for pier cap only when the option “Use concurrent shear and torsion” was selected in the A/D Parameters dialog.
  • Shear resistance Vs of transverse reinforcement was incorrect in the pier cap’s shear design report when the option “Shear force is equally distributed among stirrups” was selected in the A/D Parameters dialog.
