I ran an LFD rating for a 3 span continous composite steel girder. The rating factors were less than 1, with the interior beam controlling. The client asked that we run it in ASD since the orginal steel design used the elastic design method. I changed the analysis options to ASD and selected ASD for the report. Are there any other changes that need to be done? I'm not getting any errors on the girder runs. But, the INV rating factors for moment are -999 for the interior girders. Any input would be appreciated.
It is hard to say what may be the issue here. If you haven't done so try the latest LARS Bridge update on Select (v06.00.01.08). If the issue persists please submit a service ticket to Bentley Technical Support along with the LARS Bridge model
