What Time-Dependent Loss model does Conspan use (CEB 90, ACI 209, LRFD 6th etc.)? In the Design Parameters box in the Girder or Analysis tab there are options for Approximate Method, Refined Method, or Pre '2005 Interims' LRFD to compute losses. This would lead me to believe that the losses are calculated based on the latest LRFD, but I have not seen the losses calculation methodology specified in any of the Conspan literature.
Hi Pablo,
The Time dependent losses are calculated based on the Latest LRFD.
Please click on the link below or copy and paste it to internet explorer to see what are the changes that's been done to Leap Bridge Enterprise and in the same link you should be able to the changes and enhancements been done to Conspan. The same information can obtained by clicking on Updates Button in LBE.

LEAP CONSPAN v14.00.00.19Enhancements: 1) 2013 Interim Revisions to the LRFD Bridge Design Specifications are now implemented. Theprimary change is phi factors based on strain limits rather than c/dt ratios and support for highstrength steel.2) A new option has been added to neglect the haunch contribution to section propertiescomputation is now available. Program will only consider the self‐weight only in this case.3) Connection to AASHTOWare Bridge Design/Rating (formerly Opis/Virtis) is now updated tosupport v6.5.
Fixes:1)Fixed program crash when working with layout of non‐voided rectangular slabs2) For flared girder geometry cases, if beams were detected to be laid out non‐continuously, program prevented analysis from being run. Now only the warning is shown, but user can stillrun analysis.3)Some users reported program crashes when generating Enhanced Report for Positive EnvelopeStresses. Fixed now.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks ,
