AASHTO Code version

I am starting the design of a spread box beam bridge using CONSPAN, and would like to use the latest AASHTO Code (7th edition/2014 with 2015 interims). Can you tell me when CONSPAN will be updated for the new code?

Hi Moshe ,

Leap Program is upgraded and confers to AASHTO LRFD – ( 6ht Edition , with 2013 interim Revisions).
There are no changes for CONSPAN for 7th edition.
Our upcoming May release should be compliant with the new codes, AASHTO LRFD Design Spec 7th. Edition, 2014 .

Do you know if I can use a version 14 .csl file in the new release? Will there be conversion issues? Is there a specific date for the new release?

Hi ,

Once the new version is released , you can surely use a version 14.csl file .
There is will ne no conversion issues.
Currently there is no specific date for the new release.
The release will be in may ,2015.
