Is it possible to design Post tension bents through RM Bridge. If it is possible can design the anchor zone reinforcement through it

What do you exactly mean by "bent"? Do you have sketch/drawing to illustrate that?
Detailing of local reinforcement is not performed in RM Bridge (only global reinforcement design).
