RCPier Cap design - shear and torsion

The attached file shows the output from the cap design module of RCPier v14. Can you tell me why there is a point where phi*Vn=504 and Vu=72.5 yet phi*Vn < Vu? Is this result spurious or is there a reason for this?

Also, how can I tell what the most recent version of Leap Bridge software is?

Hi Moshe ,

I might need your RCpier file to test this issue and verify the results.
As per the screen shot the version you are using is the latest release version which is V14.00.00.19.
User can check for the latest version on Bentley Select server.
